Shankill Christian Fellowship – Update

We have been greatly encouraged by the work at SCF over the past few months. In January we began the year with an outreach event, SCF Fit. Around thirty people have been attending the (eight week) event aimed at addressing physical, mental (and most importantly) spiritual health. Why we love Christmas – David Dickson

I love Christmas! First, there’s the food; turkey, turkey curry, turkey sandwiches, turkey toasties.  Then there’s the music; I wish it could be Christmas every day!  Not forgetting the Christmas movies; Elf, The Grinch, It’s a Wonderful Life. The bright lights of Christmas help to shorten what would be a long and dark Northern Irish winter.  But best of all, Christmas holidays allow us to rest and spend quality time with our family and friends.  What’s not to love about…

My name is Pamela Dickson and I have been a member of Carrickfergus Baptist Church for nearly 30 years. My husband, David and I live in Carrickfergus and have 3 adult children.
