After leaving university, he worked for a few years in the Ulster Bank, before sensing the Lord\u2019s call into full-time ministry. As a result, he left the bank and went to the Irish Baptist College to study \u2018Preparation for Ministry\u2019. Gareth then served as the pastor of Cookstown Baptist for almost 12 years, before accepting the call to be pastor of Carrickfergus Baptist in 2024.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Gareth is married to Nicole and they have two boys.
